EVENT: Facial Yoga Workshop - 9 June @ 8pm
Come and experience Facial Yoga for yourself!
COST: £5 Face yoga is the most effective traditional exercise technique to give safe, natural anti ageing results. Just as your body needs regular exercise to stay toned and firm, the 57 muscles in the face and neck also need to be exercised. As they become stronger through exercise they are lifted and firmed and the skin attached to the muscles is also lifted and tautened, therefore reducing lines and wrinkles.
Join us for a brilliant 60 minute session that includes:
~ An explanation
~ General safety advice ~ Breathing exercises ~ Neck, shoulder and back exercises ~ 10 minutes upper face workout ~ 10 minutes lower face workout ~ Relaxation techniques ~ Some general wellbeing advice And Receive: 10% off a 2 hour personal session of facial yoga and an organic facial which includes all of above plus 1 hour deep cleansing facial with all natural and organic ingredients. ABOUT OUR SPEAKER Jags Toor is a professional facial massage , facial yoga and skincare therapist. During this taster workshop you will learn... How the benefits of face yoga and natural and organic beauty skin care and massage can result in younger and healthier looking skin by increasing the blood circulation and allowing more oxygen to reach the cells of the epidermis. Jags' facial massage techniques and natural organic products are designed to stimulate collagen and elastin production in the middle layer of the skin giving you a smoother, more supple and tighter looking skin.
