Sarabeth Morrison
Psychotherapist/Counsellor MA, MBACP (accredited)

I am a highly experienced Psychodynamic Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a warm approach. I provide a safe, regular space in which to explore your problems and reflect on your thoughts and feelings and will listen to you in a non-judgemental and open way. My aim is to help you make sense of your feelings, gain greater self-awareness and a stronger sense of self. You will gain insight, wisdom and other perspectives so that change becomes possible.

Sometimes how you feel cannot be easily defined but you know that things feel wrong or that you are unhappy; or you may be feeling overwhelmed, confused, angry, isolated or distressed.

I am highly experienced at working with people who have struggled with issues such as:

  • relationship difficulties

  • anxiety or panic attacks

  • feeling depressed or low

  • illness or bereavement

  • low self-esteem or unassertiveness

  • trauma or abuse

  • addiction, eating disorders or self-harm
