Nutritional therapy uses diet, lifestyle advice, herbs and supplements to support a variety of acute and chronic complaints, thereby increasing health and wellbeing.

Nutritional therapy takes a holistic approach in preventing illness, promoting health and assisting the body’s natural healing process.

Every individual has specific nutritional needs which must be optimised in order to cope with the physical, mental and emotional stresses of today’s world.

Nutritional Coach Borehamwood

Whether suffering from a chronic condition or acute complaint, feeling run down or simply seeking to adopt a healthier approach to life, food is the first step.

An initial consultation will take approximately 1 ½ hours. This involves taking a thorough case history from the patient, systematically exploring all aspects of current health, past medical history and current diet together with any lifestyle factors relevant to the presenting complaint(s). An individually tailored treatment plan is then devised with the patient, empowering them to achieve their goals of optimum health and vitality.

Further consultations are approximately 30-45 minutes, where progress is reviewed and treatment is updated.

Nutritional therapy can support the following:
