Jane Kosmin
Counsellor & Therapist in Hertfordshire

Jane is a qualified BACP registered Counsellor and Therapist, with a background in Gestalt, Humanistic Therapy and Mindfulness Meditation.   This means that she works in an integrative, holistic and present centred way.

By drawing on a variety of therapeutic approaches, Jane is able to offer you an insight into how you may begin to feel more at ease with yourself and the relationships you have with those around you.

In your counselling sessions, she maintains a non-judgemental and collaborative approach in a safe, confidential and supportive space.  Here you can focus on your own needs and look at the way forward.  With support and guidance, change is possible, so that you are able to become more fully present rather than feeling stuck in the past.

With experience in both the voluntary and private sector, Jane provides open ended and brief therapy to adults from 18 +, covering a wide range of issues such as anxiety and depression, stress, low self-esteem, addiction, anger management, domestic abuse, bereavement, miscarriage, parenting, relationships and work place bullying to name a few.
