I offer dedicated supportive time and space for you to be listened to without compromise, to gain new perspectives on yourself, your interactions with others, or work through any concerns or difficult experiences.

I believe that our therapeutic relationship can support you through these difficult processes and help you identify areas of difficulty, past and present, supporting you to move forward and discover new perspectives and healthier ways to cope with future difficulties.

With Continued Professional Development in bereavement, addiction, working with children, trauma and group work, I am committed to maintain and continually build my professional skills to offer clients. With experience working at Edgware Hospital, Barnet Young Person Service, Cruse Bereavement Service, Norwood Adult Service, and Perry Clayman Project, as well in client’s homes, Skype & telephone services. My Approach

I choose to work as a Person-Centred Therapist, a talking therapy which works with you as a whole person with emotional & physical experiences and feelings. Working as a facilitator, I work with clients at their own pace, offering both long or short-term counselling, in a relationship that supports you to discover yourself and build the confidence to make meet your true potential.
