Kinesiology or human kinetics is the scientific study of human movement and the meridian system and application of practical techniques to detect and correct energetic imbalances in the body.

It is a holistic, natural practice that offers the practitioner the ability to discover the correct energy imbalances within the holistic framework of biochemical, emotional, energetic and structural realm. It works on the basis that your body and its innate intelligence hold all the answers about your physical and/or emotional health.

The basic principle of Kinesiology is that for every muscle there is a corresponding organ. If any of these systems are weakened, the associated muscles are also compromised.

By monitoring a person’s ability to hold a muscle against a light pressure, the practitioner will be able to identify the primary source of distress and correct it using specialised lymphatic massages, neuro-vascular points, flower remedies, nutritional support, emotional stress release techniques and/or suggested lifestyle changes.

Kinesiology can help with:

Biochemical - Food testing for sensitivities – how what you eat and drink affects how you function and your ability to concentrate.  Nutritional balancing.

Emotional - Emotional stress, fears, phobias and anxiety, goal balancing, increase self-esteem, left right coordination, help dyslexia and other learning difficulties.

Electrical - Balancing of the body’s network of subtle energies. Using meridians and acupressure to restore balance.

Structural - Treatment of sore, tired, weak painful muscles and joints, cramp, improved breathing patterns, neck and back pain.
