Karen qualified as a midwife in 1985 and works in a private birthing centre in London. Karen enjoys combining midwifery skills and complementary therapies. Karen is also very interested in massage in pregnancy where the treatment can release some of the symptoms of pregnancy and it is a special time for the mother to connect with her baby. She also finds it tremendously effective after childbirth.
