Esther is a very experienced nurse / midwife. She trained at The Royal London Hospital, Guy's and St Thomas', Westminster Children's Hospital and is a member of the Royal College of Nursing. She is a certified infant massage instructor and Foresight pre conception practitioner. She also holds a degree in English and Theatre Arts from Goldsmith's college. Most recently Esther was a Specialist Midwife in a large maternity unit where she developed a very popular Post Natal Support and Baby Massage group. This ran very successfully for over seven years.

Ante natal coaching:
Expecting a baby is exciting, but for many women it can be a time of some anxiety, too. A session with Esther could be just what's needed. Areas commonly covered include;

* Ante natal reviews.
* Older sibling issues.
* Emotional health issues.

Baby massage workshops
These are intensive one-day events, with a celebratory atmosphere, where we will cover all the basic baby massage strokes. Post natal debriefing, lullaby work, breath work, creative visualization, post natal issues, this and much more are covered. Furthermore, it is hoped that these workshops will sometimes run on weekends so that Fathers can attend. Music is an important part of the workshop, and baby instruments and music will be explored.

Baby feeding / sleep issues
You don't need to struggle on your own - help is at hand. Esther has excelled in unravelling many seemingly impossible situations. Home visits can be booked, or individual sessions are available at the clinic. Esther trained at UNICEF on the Midwives' breast-feeding support course. Esther is fully aware of all Baby Friendly strategies. Esther has considerable expertise in this area. ?Esther's belief is that every mother and baby are individuals. No problem too large or small, do call Esther to discuss your individual needs. Telephone packages are also available for ongoing support.

Baby Blues
