Lina is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and is also registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council. Lina practices Indian Head Massage which has been practiced in India for over a thousand years. It involves relaxing movements and pressure points on the upper back, shoulders, neck head and face and is very beneficial, helping relieve the stress and tension of everyday life. A consultation will take place where Lina will evaluate the needs of the client i.e. where the client experiences most stress and tension - work, lifestyle and demands. The treatment will then be specialized to be of greatest benefit to the client and their areas of concern.
