Rachel graduated in 2008 following a 5 year degree programme at the University Of Glamorgan in Wales, she is registered and a member of the British Chiropractic Association and General Chiropractic Council.

Rachel's specialises in the diagnosis, treatment and overall management of conditions that are due to problems with the joints, ligaments, tendons and nerves of the body, particularly those of the spine. Rachel is highly trained in specific chiropractic manipulative techniques which improve the function of the joints, relieving pain and muscle spasm.

Without the use of drugs or surgery Rachel is used to treating many complaints including migraines, neck pain, back pain, low back pain, and sports injuries to name a few. Rachel has worked extensively with chronic pain sufferers being able to offer guidance, support and advice on lifestyle choices, diet and exercise particularly rehabilitation of the spine and core strength training. Rachel has a natural ability to put her patients at ease with her main focus on overall health and wellbeing.
